What does my assessment pay for?
Your annual dues help fund maintenance of common areas, insurance, road maintenance, and administrative services.
What does the Association maintain versus the homeowner?
Homeowners are responsible for their own home exterior, fencing, and landscaping unless otherwise stated in the governing documents. The POA maintains common areas.
Where can I find the governing documents?
Governing documents are available at www.goodwintx.com. Use the “Find My Community” tool and search Coyote Run POA.
Assessments & Payments
How much is the assessment and when is it due?
Assessments are $600.00 per home, due January 1st each year. A $50 late fee is applied monthly starting February 1st for unpaid accounts not on an active payment plan.

How do I pay my assessment?
Option 1: Mail-In Your Payment to the following address:

Include your account number and association code (DCYRP) in the memo line.
Option 2: TownSq Website (www.townsq.io) or Mobile App
Log in
Select your account
Click “Make a Payment” to pay the balance, set up recurring payments, or submit a one-time payment
Option 3: Bank Bill Pay
Update the payee and mailing address as shown above. Include your account number and association code (DCYRP) in the memo line.
Are there fees for paying online?
Credit/Debit Card: $1.50 + 3.5% of the total
E-Check: $1.50 flat fee
Where do I find my account number?
On your billing statement or coupon book. If needed, contact Customer Service at 855-289-6007.
Architectural
Do I need approval for exterior modifications?
Yes. All modifications must go through the architectural control process via TownSq.
Where is the application form?
Located under the Architectural section of TownSq.
How long does approval take?
Up to 30 days from submission. Include detailed information to avoid delays.
What if I haven’t received a response?
If you haven’t heard back within 10 days, please follow up via TownSq.
Compliance
I received a violation notice. Who should I contact?
Email compliance@goodwintx.com. Contact info is also included on the notice.
How do I report a violation?
Submit a request via TownSq. Include photos and the address of the issue if possible.
Board Meetings & Contacts
Board Meetings will be posted in the news and events section of TownSq and emailed out to the owners who have an email on file.
